Jason Tovey (born 28 April 1989 in Newport, Wales) is a Welsh rugby union prodigy who plays at Fly Half for Newport Gwent Dragons and has represented the Wales under 20's side.

Tovey is a superstar in the making destined for international honours in the very near future.
