What is it: A re/pre hydration drink including all the electrolytes found in dioralyte, plus extra magnesium, b vitamins and co enzyme Q10.

When: 1 serving daily to maintain a good hydration status. You may also take a serving after a prolonged training session, and as a drink with a pre match meal (about 3-4 hours pre- game) and then sip on this on route to game since it is low carbs (2%) so you don’t run the risk of rebound hypoglycaemia.
Why: Optimum hydration is essential for maximum performance. Magnesium can prevent cramps and the vitamins plus Q10 will increase energy levels. The 2% carbs gives some energy without causing a sugar spike. Only available in Orange.
