With 108 kcal per serving they provide 20g carbohydrate which is the equivalent of a standard energy gel.
All you need is…
- 100g Oat flakes rolled
- 21g Honey
- Mash the banana in a bowl using the back of a fork, add the honey and oats until the mixture isn’t to wet and can be rolled into balls.
- Make 5 evenly sized balls and refrigerate for same day use or freeze for another day.
