ALL YOU NEED IS ...
- 6 spears of Asparagus
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 3 medium new potatoes
- 1 fillet of salmon
JUST 5 STEPS TO GO...
- Poach, grill or bake the salmon fillet
- Hard boil the eggs and boil the potatoes and asparagus whilst the salmon is cooking, and prepare the salad
- Plate it up and enjoy!
