Perfect for keeping sweet cravings at bay whilst packing a nice protein kick, these snowball energy bites are a fantastic way to use our Hypnos Butterscotch or Vanilla Big Whey formulas in your baking.
Oat flakes, rolled - 80g
Peanut butter - 60g 4 heaped teaspoons
Desiccated coconut- 20g
Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon
Makes 12 balls (16.5g each)
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined.
2. Add water 1 tbsp at a time (may need 4-5) to help the mixture bind.
3. Form the mix into 12 evenly sized balls with your hands.
4. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut on a flat surface and roll the balls over it until each is covered. Place in fridge for at least one hour to set.
