How much does delivery cost?
Our standard UK delivery fee is £3.99, but all orders over £55 qualify for free standard delivery.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If you place an order before 3pm you will receive your order the next day. If you place your order after 3pm, you will receive your order within 2 working days.
Will I incur customs and import charges?
Depending on your location, there may be charges levied in your country. Please check before you place your order.
What are your return and refund policies?
You can return your purchase within 14 business days.
Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging.
NutritionX will make every effort to refund you within 14 days.
