It's a HUGE day for us at Nutrition X, as we can announce an incredible new partner to be joining our already impressive squad (if we do say so ourselves) - the mighty Scottish Rugby.

In a three year deal, we'll be fuelling the entirety of the Scotland national teams (men, women, 7s programmes and U20s) as official performance supplement partners, as well as Glasgow Warriors and the FOSROC Super6 clubs.

Alongside incorporating our Informed-Sport accredited supplements into each of the players' nutritional strategies, our partnership with Scottish Rugby will see an extensive education programme undertaken; our team of world-leading performance nutritionists working closely with the clubs to ensure that players are maximising their ability to develop, perform and recover effectively. This will include specific research projects that will target their ability to train and recovery optimally through fuelling, adding further to the extensive research already underway within Scottish Rugby's High-Performance department.

“We are delighted to welcome Nutrition X on board for the next three years. In Scotland we are privilege to have such amazing fresh produce available to our players, but at times within the elite sport environment we need to look for further support, and that’s where we feel Nutrition X will help fill the gap. They are a partner that matches our philosophy and has both education and supplement safety at its core. They have come up with some exciting ideas that will not only see our athletes receiving the high-quality performance supplements but will also help us to expand the knowledge base of players across Scotland.”

We couldn't be prouder to be working as official partners to such a sporting institution, particularly one that cares deeply about offering players not only the correct level of nutritional support, but about developing their own knowledge and understanding of how nutrition plays such a vital role in performance. Here's to some incredible seasons ahead - 'mon Scotland!
