Ingredients (serves one)

  • 1 Large Frozen Banana
  • 30g Nutrition X Pea+ Protein - Vanilla
  • 50ml Oat Milk
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum (optional)

Optional toppings

  • Vegan granola
  • Maple syrup

Method

  1. Add the frozen banana to a blender along with the oat milk, Pea+ Protein, and xanthan gum. Pulse until smooth and creamy (you may need to add more milk depending on your blender power).
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and freeze for at least 30 minutes. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
