  • 200g Pitted Dates
  • 150g Maple Syrup
  • 140g Rice Krispies
  • 80g Almond Butter


Cover the pitted dates with boiling water and allow to soften for 10 minutes.

In a blender combine the softened dates with the almond butter and maple syrup.

Once combined, add the Rice Krispies bit by bit until the Krispies are completely covered and you have a sticky consistency.

Place the mixture into a square tin, push down firmly using a piece of baking paper and leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

Once ready, remove from the tin and cut into 10 even pieces.
